La Shada Kai Martin is the creative engineer that operates House Of Fruition Studios. A creative space where art, fashion, and ideas are conceived and cultivated. 

 

La Shada was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. to a creative household and showed a mature interest in fine art and fashion at a very young age. She considered LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, May Co., and I.Magnin to be her playground, often being a trusted advisor on style and interpretation - which earned her the moniker,  ShadaDoll™. Her aunt, an educator and fine artist, took notice of her artistic abilities and became her mentor.

 

She went on to study Fashion Design both stateside and abroad.  It was in the UK she discovered her love and focus in the industry for Trend & Colour Forecasting, combining her interest in art, fashion, music, world news, research, travel, and more into one world.

From NY back to LA, La Shada returned to her first love and began painting again. This lead to a host of opportunities including partnering with healthcare and corporate facilities to offer ART as an alternative therapy for mental healthcare and emotional wellness - painting prophetic and intuitive art Live at church services - and merging her abstract art with her design skills to develop textiles and hand-painted apparel.

She enjoys the latest developments in fashion, art, music and all things Chuck Taylor - her approach to lifestyle reflects all the above. You can defiantly  judge the book by its cover!
